To help get an answer to this question, I will do a Comparative Market Analysis for you which involves me visiting your home and finding out about all the basics as well as the things that make it special.  After my visit, I’ll research how it compares with similar properties that have sold recently.  This will give us a good idea of what kind of price range seems appropriate for what buyers have recently been willing to pay for houses like yours.  A “CMA” is NOT the same thing as an appraisal, but it usually gives a good general idea of what you can expect from the current market.  My Market Analysis of your home is at no charge and with no obligation to you.
